Its quite simple actually..
At first i didn't understand it at all...i placed it on the wrong layers..and nothing happened
But gradually after experimenting a little i got it just fine...
You might notice the eye is doubled in a brush kinda effect in the 1st image
And the 2nd image its on the left side...again with t
he eye....and a few splatter brushes
